BEYOND THE TITLE

A Smile
From Somalia.

A long-term, Somali-led platform founded by Khadija Omar, Miss Cosmo Somalia 2026, in support of Smile Train.

Created to turn representation into responsibility, the initiative brings together Somali titleholders, creators, businesses, communities and the diaspora to raise awareness around cleft conditions and comprehensive care, mobilize meaningful support and build a culture of community leadership.

More than a single fundraiser or pageant-year project, it is designed to grow from one titleholder to the next — creating a shared platform and legacy future Miss and Mister Cosmo Somalia representatives can carry forward.
